I have the demand of producing EPS file on Windows. I need a tool which can generate EPS file from vector-based figures. The figure may come from WORD, PowerPoint, Visio, and etc.
I try several methods before satisfied: 1. Install a postscript printer driver, and print figures to a file with EPS format. 2. Use SmartDraw to output EPS figures directly. 3. Use the WMF2EPS software
The first method is poor because the driver doesn't produce correct bounding box as expected, and it highly depend on the model of printer selected.
The second choice is nice, but the SmartDraw is expensive. To produce EPS, you have to but it's professional version.
The third method is the final answer. The produced EPS file is nice, and the software is cheap.
